Terms of use
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to your use of AppReviewX. The provider is , , email . The service is aimed at developers and businesses but is also open to consumers.
2. Service
AppReviewX brokers the exchange of private, structured feedback between app developers and provides test groups. We do not review users' apps and do not guarantee the amount, quality or speed of feedback, or any decision by Google Play or the App Store.
3. Account
You must be of legal age, give true information and keep your credentials secret. One account per person is allowed. Actions with credits require a confirmed email address.
4. Credits and payment
One credit pays for one feedback on your app. You earn credits by writing feedback that the app owner accepts and you can buy them in packs. Credits are reserved when you request feedback and returned for unclaimed requests after 7 days. You can also spend credits to bring your app to the top (Boost). Featured is free: testers earn 1.25 instead of 1 credit on your app and you pay 1.25 per feedback.
Credits are not money, cannot be transferred and cannot be paid out. They do not expire unless the account is deleted or suspended for a violation. Prices include VAT. Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) is the seller of credits as merchant of record; its terms and its information on withdrawal and refunds at checkout also apply. Statutory rights remain unaffected. For digital content the right of withdrawal can lapse if you expressly agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends.
5. Rules for feedback
Feedback must be honest and based on your own use of the app, and screenshots must be genuine. It is prohibited to offer, demand or arrange store reviews, ratings, installs or any other consideration for reviews in the stores. Bots, multiple accounts, forged proof, illegal content, malware, third-party personal data without a legal basis and apps that violate laws or store policies are also prohibited.
6. Content and rights
You keep the rights to your feedback. You allow the app owner to use it to improve their app. Anonymous publication as a developer review only happens if you allow it when submitting and the owner releases it. You grant us a simple right to store and display content to provide the service. As an app owner you confirm that you are entitled to list the app.
7. Test groups
The Google account email you give for a test group is visible only to the app owner, who may use it solely to add you to the test.
8. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account in the app at any time. In case of violations we may remove content and suspend accounts, where possible after notice and with reasons.
9. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and for guarantees we gave. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for decisions of the app stores or for user content, as far as the law allows.
10. Reporting illegal content
You can report illegal content on this page. We review every notice, confirm receipt and tell you our decision with reasons and available remedies.
11. Changes
We may change these terms for the future. We notify you of material changes by email and ask for your consent. If you do not agree you can delete your account.
12. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention; mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains unaffected. For merchants the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office.
