Partner terms
1. Scope
These terms apply to taking part in the AppReviewX partner program, in addition to the terms of use. The program has one level: you are paid only for purchases made by people you referred directly. Recruiting further partners earns nothing. Joining is free.
2. Joining
You need an AppReviewX account with a confirmed email address and must be at least 18. We may decline applications without giving reasons and suspend partners who break these terms.
3. Attribution
Your link carries your code. If someone opens it and creates an account in the same browser session, the account is attributed to you. If they consent to storage (cookie notice), the attribution can last up to 60 days. Attribution is fixed at sign-up and not changed later. We count clicks as daily totals without IP addresses.
4. Commission
You earn commission on credit pack purchases by attributed accounts, for up to 12 months after their sign-up. The basis is the net purchase price, without VAT and after discounts. The rate depends on your net sales from referrals in the last 12 months: Bronze 20 %, Silver 30 % from €500, Gold 40 % from €2,000, Platinum 50 % from €5,000. The tier immediately before each purchase applies. We convert purchases in another currency into euro by hand.
5. Hold, cancellation, clawback
Commission is released for payout 30 days after the purchase. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, we offset the amount against future commission or claim it back.
6. Payouts
You can request a payout once at least €50 is released. We pay by PayPal or bank transfer (IBAN) and process requests by hand. You must give your payout details correctly. There is no entitlement to a particular processing time.
7. Taxes
Commission is income. You are responsible for your own taxes and give your country and, if you have one, your tax or VAT ID. If commission is subject to VAT, we may settle by self-billing (credit note); you agree to this unless you object.
8. Allowed promotion
You may promote AppReviewX as a community for private, structured feedback and for test groups for Google Play. You mark your links as advertising or as an affiliate link, close to the link, and disclose that you earn a commission.
9. Prohibited promotion and abuse
Prohibited: promising store ratings, reviews, rankings, installs or income; misleading claims; purchases through your own link or through accounts you control; fake sign-ups and spam; bidding on the AppReviewX brand in search ads; misleading coupon sites; recruiting other partners for pay. If you break these rules we may reduce or withhold commission, claim back what was paid, suspend your account and end the program for you immediately.
10. Privacy
We process your account data, payout data (name, PayPal address or IBAN, country, tax ID) and the link between you and your referrals to run the program, make payouts and meet legal duties. You only see pseudonyms of referrals, never email addresses. See the privacy policy.
11. Term and changes
You can stop at any time. We may change or end the program at any time with effect for the future; released commission will be paid out. We announce material changes at least four weeks ahead.
