Use this to turn 14 days of tester feedback into a short, honest summary you can reuse for the production access application. Google's help page describes the production access form in three sections ("About your closed test", "About your app/game", "About your production readiness"); the template follows the same flow, but compare it with the current form before you paste anything.

How to adapt it
- Use your own numbers. Take tester counts and dates from Play Console, not from memory.
- Be specific, be short. One line per issue is enough.
- Do not inflate. If only a few testers were active, say that and explain what you did about it.
- Keep it consistent with your change log and with the form answers, see production readiness answers.
- Text copied into the form should be in the language and length the form accepts.
